Navigation and location

Allow precise location and, during active navigation, background use. If a route does not load, check the connection and select the destination again.

VidiVadi Premium AI

Premium AI is one subscription shared between VidiVadi and VidiVadi Planner through the same account. Free registration includes 5 AI trips. It costs €3.99 per month or €24.90 per year and includes AI features and custom cursor uploads. Cursor packs are separate purchases that unlock only their included icons.

Restore purchases

In the same app, use “Restore purchases” with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Between VidiVadi and VidiVadi Planner, sign in with the same VidiVadi account to restore Premium AI.

Group trip

Creating, managing and joining by code are free. Everyone must be signed in to iCloud.

CarPlay

CarPlay is free. A custom cursor requires Premium AI; cursors from a pack require purchasing that pack.

Content and takedown requests

To report inaccurate content or a possible rights infringement, send the URL, a precise description and evidence of ownership. We will review the request and, when substantiated, promptly disable or remove the affected content.

Include iPhone model, iOS version, language, affected feature and error message. Never send passwords, Apple codes or payment details.
