The map does not load

• Check the connection
• Close and reopen the app
• Change the map view
• Send a screenshot if the issue continues

I do not receive alerts

• Check that push alerts are active
• Allow notifications in iOS settings
• Use “Send test”
• Confirm area and radius

Location unavailable

Enable location for SabettaPiro in iOS settings. The app does not track movement in the background.

Delete area and data

Open Alerts and choose “Disable” or “Remove area”. Deleting the app alone cannot send the command to the server; inactive registrations are removed within 30 days.

Before relying on an alert

Hotspots may be delayed or indicate other heat sources. Always follow the competent authorities.
